• When boarding the ship, you must present your "E-ticket" on your own mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• You can present your ``E-ticket'' from the ``reservation confirmation email'' that is automatically sent when you make a reservation.
• Please note that if you cannot present your "E-ticket", you will not be able to board the ship.
• If you are using the disability discount, please present your Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mentally Disabled Welfare Certificate, or Nanairo ID when boarding the ship.
• When boarding the ship, please follow the instructions of the crew and staff. In addition, if you are found to be causing a nuisance to other passengers, you may be refused boarding.

• Up to one infant (1 year old or older) per adult is free of charge. If the number of children exceeds the number of adults, elementary school student fees will be charged.
• Please refrain from allowing children under elementary school age to board the ship.
• Smoking is prohibited on board. (Please refrain from using electronic cigarettes)
• We cannot accommodate changes to the time, number of people, or discounts on the day of the event. Please be careful not to be late.
• There is no cloakroom or luggage storage on board. Please leave large luggage such as suitcases at nearby facilities or coin lockers in advance. • [If you are booking a round trip flight] Please be sure to book your outbound and return flights on the same day. Please be careful not to make a mistake in the designated flight.

• Due to weather conditions, we may have to make a sudden decision to change the course or cancel the cruise. If a cruise cancellation is confirmed, we will notify you via the email address or SMS you registered at the time of reservation.
• The required time is only a guideline. The time may change depending on various circumstances.
• Even if you make a reservation, we will depart on time. Please note that we cannot provide transfers or refunds even if you miss your flight.
